I am Polish, so it’s not that hard for me :) But I’ve made a huge mistake of not learning where to put an accent (ударение) on each word, so my pronunciation might be way off for some words. Also I try way too hard to make sentences that make sense in Polish, but in Russian they might sound weird. Lack of practice, I guess. But I definitely see progress over time when I talk to native speakers (Ukrainian refugees mostly).
I remember having trouble installing software from Microsoft Store, (there’s apparently a solution for that, but it didn’t work for me) but otherwise it’s a perfectly normal Windows 10 installation, just without any bloat.
EU should just go and tell Microsoft that either they will allow consumers to install Windows 11 on hardware that would have no trouble running it (they could even slap a warning that it’s not fully “supported”, like whatever), or tell the user that there’s an eco-friendly alternative: that is running Linux, with instructions on how to do so. Otherwise they just allow a monopoly to have disastrous impact on the environment.
explorer.exe is still used for desktop and probably other stuff as well, so it might not be possible without using 3rd party shell replacement and not many exist.
You can run Windows in virtual machine, you know.
It would be the best if you could have dedicated GPU for it, to be able to run games with nearly 100% performance.

You could say the same about Android and iOS. They are preloaded with a web browser not many people change. In fact I’ve noticed that many users (mostly older) using Android don’t even know what browser they are using, since they just type shit into Google widget on their home screen.

My personal solution was to just drop computers/tech as an major interest, and find some other hobby. I found language learning to be a good alternative, because:
You may be able to use it professionally.
It might be useful when traveling.
You can meet interesting people from various parts of the world and very often for free (language exchanges (online or not), playing video games, etc.).
You are able to absorb other people’s massive culture, that might not be popular in your part of the world.
You might impress some people with language skills, if you care about that.
It is good for your brain.
It is fun.
As for computers, I mostly use them as a tool nowadays, and occasional video gaming and YouTube watching. I mostly don’t care about AI, or any other technological marvel that isn’t proven yet to be useful, maybe except AR and VR which I still hope will be a big thing in the near future. Especially AR.
Does that take into account that AI models will become more efficient with time?

What would anybody even use 4 TB SD card for? Storing a shit-ton of pirated movies that you can watch on your phone? Aside from that I have no idea. 256 gigs is probably more than enough for anything a normal user would do on a phone.

I enjoy YouTube Music, because it is much snappier and better than Spotify, but there are some things that just make no sense, and I wonder how are they not spotted by not even a single dev.
